Quality Guarantee
Every item is 100% handmade in Auckland, New Zealand from start to finish by creator, Michelle Steffany.
All stamped items are individually hand stamped using a hammer. As this is done by hand, there will be variations in depth and characters won’t always be in line (we think this adds extra character and love how it makes each piece unique).
Every order is packed with care to ensure you receive your product in great condition.
Every ring is quality 925 Sterling Silver and stamped with 925 and our M hallmark. Quality control is executed in every stage of the making process.
Our sterling silver suppliers are based in Auckland, New Zealand. The majority of their precious metals are produced out of recycled waste from the jewellery industry within Australasia. They are a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) which maintains high standards of responsible ethical, social, and environmental practices throughout the supply chain.
Every ring is photographed on our sizing gauge and we keep these records as proof of correct sizing, we have a tolerance of 1mm either side of the size.

Pricing
All pricing is quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST.
Prices are subject to change based on the global price of silver.
Ordering:
Each piece is made-to-order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your piece to be completed.
If you need an item by a certain date, please get in touch and we will get in touch to discuss whether this is possible before taking your order.
