Shipping Policy
Receive Free Shipping on all orders over $125!
We currently only ship throughout New Zealand.
Our rates are $8 to the North Island and $11 to the South Island.
Free Auckland pick-ups are also available upon request.
Due to the handmade nature of our items and personalisation options, these are made to order so please allow up to 21 working days for your item(s) to be shipped.
All orders will be shipped via NZ Couriers and your tracking link will be sent to you following shipment.
All parcels will be sent with signature required by default but changes to leave parcel can be made via the NZ Courier website.
Should you request to have your order delivered without signature, please leave a note in your order notes.
We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.
All inquiries about tracking and delivery, please contact NZ Couriers, as we only have access to the same tracking information you do.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may exchange unpersonalised rings for another size, different style, or store credit. We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at metzliofficial@gmail.com. All shipping costs for an exchange will be your responsibility.
If exchanging for an item of lesser value, we will refund the difference minus any bank fees. If exchanging for an item of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our rings, we only offer store credits rather than refunds. Refunds are only offered in the case of an incorrect item, a fault, or at our discretion.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Personalised rings cannot be exchanged. They may not be returned or refunded unless faulty or incorrect.
