What warranties do you offer? Our warranty policy covers all of the jewellery purchased from Mētzli Artisan Jewellery. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse, natural wear and tear or stone loss. Warranty exceptions and exclusions: 1. Any damage to jewellery caused by neglect, abuse or natural wear and tear. Damage, such as being hit or knocked, is easily detectable under magnification. For example, if a ring wears thin due to neglect or natural wear and tear, the warranty is considered void. Additionally, if a ring becomes out of round and thus causes stones to fall out, this could be due to damage to the bottom of the ring when being worn. 2. Any jewellery that has been repaired by another jeweller. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise that has been worked on by another jeweller. 3. Damage to your centre stone. All stones used are low on the hardness scale and are subject to damage from regular wear. Please be aware of this when choosing your centre stone. If you need to return merchandise due to defects, please contact us here. Once received, we will carefully examine the defected merchandise and determine if the above criteria is met. Once approved, we will ship out your replacement item at no additional charge within 10 business days. Mētzli Artisan Jewellery reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.

I just got my ring, but it does not fit! What do I do?If your ring does not fit, please contact us. It will take approximately two weeks to complete the sizing repair.
-
How do I know my ring size?Your hands are just as unique as you are, use our size guide for the perfect fit. Please take into consideration the width of your ring, a wider ring displaces more skin so can fit more snug. If the widest part of your finger is your knuckle, be sure that the size you choose can comfortably pass over it. Avoid using string or paper to measure your finger size as these may produce an inaccurate measurement due to stretching or twisting. If you’re planning to surprise a loved one with a ring, it can be difficult to get their sizing discreetly. If you have access to one of their rings, you can use the below methods, otherwise ask around with other friends and family, you’ll be surprised what people might know. Printable Ring Sizing Chart This is a great option if you already own a ring the same size that you’d like from us. Simply print this chart, check the scale to make sure it’s correct, and lay your ring flat. Find the closest circle to the inside of your ring, if it’s close to two circles, pick the larger of the two.

Why is my silver jewellery changing colours? This is very common for silver jewelry and it is called tarnishing. The good news is that tarnish only occurs on the surface and can be polished away. Use a silver cleaning product or a polishing cloth to restore it.
